WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU APPLY FOR A SEASONAL ROLE

Shortly after you apply – no matter the season – we’ll call or e-mail to schedule a phone interview. During that initial interview, we’ll start to identify the best roles to match your passions with our needs for the season.

If you have already applied for one or more positions, and then apply for additional jobs, we may not email or call you for that initial phone interview. You’ll already be in our queue.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU APPLY FOR A MANAGEMENT LEVEL POSITION OR HIGHER

Because so many candidates apply for management jobs, the first step is for a recruiter to review your resume. If he or she finds that you meet the role’s minimum qualifications, you will be contacted to arrange a brief phone call to discuss what happens next.
